TalentzillaAE® is a brand operated by GrowthzillaAE® ("we," "us," "our"). We operate talentzilla.ae and talentzilla.us and provide done-for-you social recruiting services (the "Services"). 2.1 Information you provide directly

  • Client contact & business details: name, email, phone, company name, role, industry, and hiring requirements.
  • Communications: enquiries, messages, call bookings, and support requests.
  • Materials you share: brand assets, role descriptions, and campaign inputs.

2.2 Applicant data (collected on behalf of clients through campaigns)

  • Applicant name, contact details, responses to screening questions, and interview bookings submitted through our funnels and forms.

2.3 Information collected automatically

  • Device & browser data (IP address, browser, operating system), usage data (pages visited, clicks, session duration), and cookies (see Section 7).

2.4 Information from third parties

  • Advertising and analytics platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) and messaging tools (WhatsApp) may provide campaign, insight, and delivery data as authorized.

3. How We Use Information

  • To deliver the Services: run campaigns, generate and qualify applicant leads, book interviews, and report results.
  • To communicate: respond to enquiries, send booking confirmations and service updates, and — with consent — send marketing about our Services.
  • To operate and improve: analytics, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Roles Regarding Applicant Data

For applicant data generated through your campaigns, we process it to provide the Services to you (the client). Once applicant data is delivered to you for your hiring process, you act as an independent controller of that data and are responsible for handling it lawfully.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers (cloud hosting, CRM/marketing tools, email delivery, analytics) under appropriate agreements.
  • Advertising & messaging platforms as needed to run campaigns you authorize.
  • Our clients, for applicant data generated by their campaigns.
  • Legal authorities where required by law, and in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).

6. Data Retention

  • Client account/engagement data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterward.
  • Applicant lead data: retained only as long as needed to deliver the Services and then deleted or handed over to the client, subject to legal requirements.
  • Financial records: retained as required by UAE tax and accounting law.
  • Log data: retained for a limited period for security and debugging.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies (for site function and security), functional cookies (preferences), and analytics cookies (to understand usage). We may use advertising/retargeting pixels (e.g., Meta, TikTok) on our website to measure and optimize our own marketing. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
